Your first EventBlok event is free
Build and run your first event with EventBlok at no charge. No credit card required. We’re inviting a limited number of event professionals to use EventBlok on a real event and give us an honest review afterwards.
Your free event includes EventBlok’s core planning, production and audience tools, including agendas, speakers, showflows, prompter workflows and event pages.
Streaming is not included. You can bring your own streaming provider or purchase streaming credits through EventBlok using Mux.
Free events must be reviewed and approved by our team before launch. This helps us prevent abuse and make sure the platform is suitable for the event.
One free event per organisation. Fair-use limits apply.
Pricing questions
Yes. Prompter, Showflow + Prompter and Audience Hub are sold alone — per event or monthly — for specialist buyers. The Event Pass covers a whole single event.
Producer, for most teams: ten active events, the full audience experience, custom domains and branding removal. Essential gets a small team started; Studio adds client workspaces, white-label and API for agencies.
No plan includes unlimited streaming. Bring your own provider, or buy streaming credits through EventBlok delivered on Mux or AWS IVS, priced by usage.
EventBlok’s core planning, production and audience tools on one real event, reviewed and approved by our team before launch. One per organisation; streaming is the one exclusion.
